Ode to scraps

Here are some of my favorite photos of scraps. Sometimes in a bucket, sometimes in a bin, sometimes neither. Some of them goofy, some of them beautiful (even if the beauty doesn’t always translate into photo). I’ll share more as I continue digging through my collection. Thousands of photos can really be so daunting, and sometimes I wish I didn’t have this habit. But perhaps there is more to appreciate about it than detest? Hard to say in our technology-centric age. These are things I may never remember otherwise. It can be grounding. Sometimes, I’m grateful. Grateful to be distracted by these things.
